lume’s professional coaches

Every Lume client begins with a lead performance coach — experienced founders, CEOs, and executives who understand high-growth pressure firsthand.

  • Our coaches are highly-trained, certified professionals who have dozens of past clients and are dedicated full-time to their coaching practice.

The “gold standard” for general coaching certification is through ICF, the International Coaching Federation. There are multiple certification levels (e.g. Associate, Professional, Masters) that each require hundreds of coaching hours. There are also many high-quality coach training programs, include CoActive, iPEC, New Ventures West, and Aletheia.

  • Coaches are former founders, CEOs, and executive leaders who have been in your shoes and speak from experience.

  • Coaching isn’t a “side hustle” for our coaches—they work with clients full-time as their dedicated practice and craft.

  • Coaches provide a mix of practical, hands-on feedback and personal, discovery-oriented insights.

Optional health specialists

Not every leader needs them — but for those scaling at speed, targeted specialist input can dramatically extend energy, focus, and recovery capacity.

Build your personalized coaching team

Start with your dedicated performance coach, then add optional specialists in sleep, nutrition, focus, or longevity to go deeper.

  • Every leader moves through distinct performance cycles. Whether you’re driving rapid growth, rebuilding after burnout, or consolidating a new team, your coach is matched to the phase you’re in — and where you need to go next.

  • Some leaders want a direct, tactical partner. Others value reflection and strategic space. Lume matches you with a coach whose approach and expertise align with how you learn, lead, and make change stick.

  • Through lume’s integration with Superpower, we see how you recover, sleep, and sustain focus. This data helps your coach tailor strategies that align with your natural rhythms — not fight against them.

  • Performance and wellbeing are inseparable. You choose how far to extend your coaching experience — from leadership and decision-making to optional specialist support in sleep, nutrition, or focus.
