The “gold standard” for coaching certification is through ICF, the International Coaching Federation. There are multiple certification levels (e.g. Associate, Professional, Masters) that each require hundreds of coaching hours. There are also many high-quality coach training programs, include CoActive, iPEC, New Ventures West, and Aletheia.

Up to you! Typically, each employee does bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (once every 2 weeks), but we can customize this for your team and scale up or down as needed.
